titleOfInvention Sustained-release tablet containing trimebutine
abstract The present invention relates to a sustained-release tablet containing trimebutine, and more particularly, to a sustained-release tablet containing trimebutine having a dual layer structure comprising adjacent upper and lower layers, wherein each of the upper layer and lower layer contain an active ingredient and a polyethylene oxide that is a hydrophilic agent. The sustained-release tablet containing trimebutine is not prone to problems such as degradation of hardness during manufacture or tabletting restrictions, and also has a good dissolution pattern.
