abstract | The invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode consisting of a multilayer stack comprising: a first transparent electrode (E1); a second transparent or partially reflective electrode (E2), defining, together with said first electrode, an inter-electrode space; and at least one organic light-emitting layer (CEL) in said inter-electrode space; characterised in that said stack also includes, outside said inter-electrode space, a stack of at least two layers (CR, CAT) made of at least two different materials, the thicknesses and refraction indices of which are selected such that the multilayer stack forms a band-suppressor interference filter in order to reduce the reflectivity of said organic light-emitting diode. The invention also relates to a screen comprising a plurality of said light-emitting diodes having different emission wavelengths and arranged so as to form a pixel matrix. |
