Disclosed is a process for producing a decorative sheet which comprises the steps of forming a primer layer on a smooth surface of a release film, forming a design layer on the primer layer, transferring the primer layer and the design layer to a substrate, peeling the release film from the substrate, superposing an ionizing-radiation-curable resin composition on the primer layer formed on the substrate, and crosslinking and curing the ionizing-radiation-curable resin composition to form a surface protection layer.nWith this process, it is possible to produce a high-gloss decorative sheet which, even after used in three-dimensional molding such as insert molding or injection molding with decoration, retains the surface smoothness, gloss, and attractive feeling and which, even when wound into a roll, is less apt to have surface depressions or damages due to foreign-matter inclusion and is less apt to suffer scratches or creases due to the close contact between the front surface and the back surface. |
