titleOfInvention | Organic solar cell module and organic solar cell panel |
abstract | Provided are an organic solar cell module and an organic solar cell panel which are provided with improved design aesthetics by the use of a plurality of types of photoelectric conversion layers having different absorption wavelength regions, and which can stably exhibit excellent solar cell performance. The disclosed organic solar cell module includes: a transparent substrate; a transparent electrode layer formed on the transparent substrate; a photoelectric conversion layer that is formed on the transparent electrode layer in a given pattern and that includes a plurality of types of photoelectric conversion sections having different absorption wavelength regions; a plurality of back-surface electrode layers formed on the respective photoelectric conversion sections; an insulating layer that is formed so as to cover the plurality of back-surface electrode layers and that has openings for the respective photoelectric conversion sections; and a plurality of charge-collecting wiring lines that are formed on the insulating layer and that are arranged so as to be connected to the respective back-surface electrode layers which are located in the openings formed in the insulating layer for the respective types of said photoelectric conversion sections. |
