| abstract | The present invention discloses a method, device and system for charging Virtual Private Network (VPN) service. The method includes steps: the VPN service of Service Control Point (SCP) receives a call of a VPN user, chooses a charging scheme adaptive for the current call of the VPN user according to the locally stored VPN user information and acquires account information of the VPN user from Online Charging System (OCS); the VPN service of SCP processes charging control and charging on the current call of the VPN user according to the charging scheme and the account information, and sends a charging information to the OCS, the OCS completes fee deduction treatment. The present invention resolves the problems of repeated development of VPN service software logic and repeated investment of hardware device, wherein, the problems occur in the process of realizing charging convergence by migrating a VPN service charging point from SCP charging to OCS charging, and then achieves the effect of utilizing resource reasonably. |
