abstract The embodiments herein provide a phaco visco surgical implement(101) comprising a phaco hand piece(102) with at least a syringe(103) disposed on it wherein the syringe(103) is operatively coupled with the hand piece(102) and communicates through an aperture into the infusion passage of the hand piece(102). The syringe(103) carrying a visco elastic material, which when operated by a surgeon provided the visco elastic material simultaneously into an eye of a subject through an infusion exit of the phaco hand piece(l 02) while performing a phaco emulsification surgeon and reducing the time and interruptions in the surgery.
