abstract | A deformation-resistant optical reflecting film, a liquid crystal display device and an LED lighting equipment using the film are provided, wherein the optical reflecting film (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,110,120,120') comprises a reflecting layer (11,21,31,41,51,61,71,81,91,101,111) the back surface of which is stuck with a deformation-resistant layer (12,22,32,42,52,62,72,82,92,102,112). The thickness of the deformation-resistant layer (12,22,32,42,52,62,72,82,92,102,112) is 0.2-1.5 times of that of the reflecting layer (11,21,31,41,51,61,71,81,91,101,111), and the thermal expansion coefficient of the deformation-resistant layer (12,22,32,42,52,62,72,82,92,102,112) is 0.5-2 times of that of the reflecting layer (11,21,31,41,51,61,71,81,91,101,111). The optical reflecting film is formed by sticking the deformation-resistant layer on a white film with a microporous structure inside, and the deformation-resistant layer has the thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of the white film and low cost, increasing the deformation resistance of the optical reflecting film while reducing the cost of the optical reflecting film. |
