titleOfInvention Transition metal á-sialon phosphor, and method for preparing same
abstract The present invention relates to a metal á-sialon phosphor, and to a method for preparing same. The transition metal á-sialon phosphor according to the present invention has a light-emitting region ranging from blue to red in accordance with the type and concentration of the transition metal and an activator, and emits light at a luminance higher than that of alkaline earth sialon. The transition metal á-sialon phosphor of the present invention is chemically stable, and can be useful as a phosphor for an LED.
