Disclosed is a screen-printing stencil provided with an amorphous carbon films such as a DLC film and a water-repellent/oil-repellent layer fixed tightly to at least part of said amorphous carbon film. The disclosed screen stencil (10) is provided with: a mesh (16) affixed to a frame (12); an emulsion layer (14), filled into in the mesh (16), in which a printing-pattern opening (18) is formed; an amorphous carbon film layer that contains at least one element among silicon, oxygen, and nitrogen, and is formed on at least part of the surface of the inner wall (22) of the printing-pattern opening (18); and a silane-coupling-agent thin-film layer (20) that contains fluorine and is provided on at least part of the amorphous carbon film layer. |
