titleOfInvention B cell activating factor antagonist and preparation method and use thereof
abstract The present invention provides a new B cell activating factor (BAFF) antagonist and the use thereof, and the B cell activating factor antagonist is a fusion protein which comprises TACI receptor domain 2 binding to BAFF and Br3 receptor domain binding to BAFF. The fusion protein can further comprise an Fc fragment of human immunoglobulin and a signal peptide. The present invention also provides the use of the antagonist in the manufacture of medicaments for treating autoimmune diseases.
