abstract Disclosed is a mounting board, with which light emitting efficiency of an LED lamp can be sufficiently improved. Also disclosed are a method for manufacturing the mounting board, a light emitting module, and an illuminating apparatus. The mounting board (101) is provided with a board (108), and a reflecting film (106), which is formed on the front surface of the board (108), and which has an LED chip (102) mounted on the front surface. The reflecting film (106) is composed of metal oxide fine particles and a glass frit, and the reflecting film (106) reflects light emitted from the LED chip (102).
