titleOfInvention | Method, apparatus and system for transmitting information |
abstract | A method, an apparatus and a system for transmitting information are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: a terminal transmits an access request via a Random Access Channel (RACH) in a first time point; one or more time periods, in which access requests are retransmitted via the RACH from a second time point, are determined according to a maximum retransmission wait slot number S, wherein the number of slots in any of the time periods is equal to or more than 2S, and in any two adjacent time periods, the time end of the previous time period is adjacent to the time beginning of the later time period; each time period is divided equally into two sub time periods, wherein the time length of any sub time period is equal to or more than S; one sub time period of the two sub time periods is selected as an access time period; access requests are transmitted via the RACH in the sub time periods which correspond to the access time periods of the one or more time periods. According to the present invention, resource utilization can be performed averagely. |
