abstract This invention discloses a method, system and device for transmitting control information. Said method includes: a terminal receives configuration information of uplink and downlink transmission modes from a base station, wherein the uplink and downlink transmission modes configured by the configuration information include a downlink control information format; the terminal obtains uplink control information which matches the downlink control information format in a searching space corresponding to the downlink control information format. By this invention, the base station is enabled to flexibly configure the uplink transmission of the terminal.
