abstract The present invention relates to a coating method for the light-passing window of a plasma lamp and to a light-passing window of a plasma lamp produced by means of the method. More specifically, provided is a coating method for the light-passing window (20) of an electrode-free plasma lamp, comprising: a first step of forming a thin-film nano-coating layer (21) by coating a nanomaterial onto the surface of the light-passing window in order to ensure that the coloured light which passes through the light-passing window is coloured with a uniform hue across the entire region while also being able to block external leakage of harmful electromagnetic waves generated at the microwave wavelength of the magnetron while using the plasma lamp, and at the same time being able to block wavelengths in the frequency range used for wireless communication; and a second step of forming a colour filter coating layer (22) by coating a dielectric material onto the upper surface of the nano-coating layer (21) so as to allow the passage of only a wavelength band in one region of the wavelength band of visible light, and, in the second step, the light-passing window (20) is divided into a plurality of sections, and in each section the colour filter coating layer (22) is coated to different thickness depending on the intensity of the plasma light emission, such that the same coloured light (30) can pass through the entire region of the light-passing window (20). Also provided is a light-passing window of a plasma lamp produced by means of the method.
