The present invention relates to a drug composition for preventing hair loss or inducing hair growth which contains an active ingredient in the form of a conditioned medium obtained by culturing human adipose-derived stem cells in a serum-free medium and filtering the resulting culture, to a method for inducing hair growth wherein the drug composition is intradermally injected or coated topically at a site of hair loss or a bald site, and to a hair-loss treatment agent and an atrichia treatment agent comprising the drug composition as an active ingredient. |
