abstract Provided are a peptide fragment, which improves the in vivo stability of a physiologically active substance while sustaining the activity of the physiologically active substance, and a physiologically active substance to which said peptide fragment is added. A partial peptide of a GA module (SEQ ID NO:1), said partial peptide consisting of 5 to 25 amino acids, being a partial sequence of the GA module and containing an amino acid sequence Ile-Asp-Glu-Ile-Leu (SEQ ID NO:2); and a physiologically active substance complex wherein said partial peptide of the GA module is bonded to a physiologically active substance. Examples of the physiologically active substance include GLP-1, GLP-2, GIP, VIP, somatostatin, amylin, ghrelin and derivatives thereof.
