abstract |
Disclosed herein is an improved wastewater treatment system and methods that synergisticaliy integrate at least two different modes of disinfecting wastewater. Embodiments of the invention provide an unexpected efficiency of ridding wastewater of pathogens with much lower, and in turn, less expensive dosages, than could be achieve with either mode of disinfecting alone. Embodiments of the invention achieve a more efficient and less costly means of obtaining class A or class B biosolids. |
