Disclosed are: a coating composition for coating the surface of a reflective plate for solar heat collection purposes, which enables the formation of a coating film having excellent functions on the surface of a reflective plate for solar heat collection purposes; a reflective plate for solar heat collection purposes, which is produced using the composition; and processes for producing the composition and the reflective plate. Specifically disclosed are: a coating composition for coating the surface of a reflective plate for solar heat collection purposes, which comprises a fluorinated copolymer which has a repeating unit derived from ethylene and a repeating unit derived from TFE and a solvent which can dissolve the fluorinated copolymer at a temperature equal to or lower than the melting point of the fluorinated copolymer; a reflective plate for solar heat collection purposes, which is produced using the composition; and processes for producing the composition and the reflective plate. |
