Also disclosed are a method for manufacturing such conductive film, a touch panel having improved durability against writing pressure and improved flexibility, and a solar cell having improved conversion efficiency. The method for manufacturing the conductive film that contains a conductive fiber and a polymer includes a solution applying step wherein a solution is applied to the conductive film in a pattern shape.
