Provided is a means for clarifying interfering components in blood serum or plasma and for avoiding the influence of said interfering components. The analyte is an antibody or antigen in the blood and the reagent measures the analyte by an immunoreaction with an antigen, if the analyte is an antibody, or an antibody, if the analyte is an antigen. The method for avoiding the influence of an endogenous lipoprotein is characterized by the inclusion of a glycerophospholipid in the reaction system for the immunoreaction. |
