abstract Disclosed is a dual function product with a receptacle for storing the product; a structured sleeve composition located within the receptacle that has at least one straight-chain low molecular mass N-acyl glutamic acid diamide, at least one N-acyl glutamic acid diamide, at least one gel-promoting solvent, at least one block copolymer having at least one hard segment and at least one soft segment, at least one solvent capable of solubilizing the at least one hard segment and/or the at least one soft segment of the block copolymer, and optionally at least one active ingredient, and a core composition disposed within the sleeve, the core composition having at least one active ingredient; and at least one non-volatile solvent, and wherein the core composition has a melting point less than that of the sleeve composition. Methods of making and using the product are also disclosed.
