abstract |
Provided is a method for creating a three-dimensional cell aggregate. A three-dimensional article molded from a hydrophilic polymer gel capable of volume changes is used as a carrier. The carrier is inoculated with cells and the cells are cultured. The carrier volume changes, and the cultured cells thereby imparted a three-dimensional structure are peeled off as a three-dimensional cell aggregate. It is therefore possible to create a three-dimensional cell aggregate of any shape without using a complex procedure. |
