A separator manufacturing method, according to the present invention, comprises the following steps: (S1) preparing a porous material having a flat surface and multiple pores; (S2) coating said porous material with a polymer binder, having dispersed mineral particles and including first and second polymer binders dissolved in a solvent slurry, through a first discharge outlet, and applying a continuous coating of undissolved precipitates on the slurry coating on said porous material with a second polymer binder, through a second discharge outlet contiguous to said first discharge outlet; and (S3) simultaneously drying said solvent and precipitates. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, a separator, having a fair binding ability to an electrode and less separation of mineral particles in the electrochemical device assembly process, can be easily manufactured. |
