abstract Provided in the invention are a processing method, apparatus and system for restoring network service. The processing method for restoring the network service includes: a source access point for the network service to be restored is determined (101); according to the source access point for the network service and a pre-built cross-connection & link module, the network service is restored; wherein, the cross-connection & link module includes the cross-connection correspondence information of the access point in a destination end node and the cross-connection & link combination information between nodes, and the cross-connection & link combination information between nodes is the information combining the cross-connection correspondence information of the access point in each non-destination end node with the next-level link (102). The embodiments of the invention also provide the corresponding apparatus and system. With the invention, when the service restoration is performed, the next-level node can be found directly through the built cross-connection & link module, which therefore enables fast restoration of the network service without wasting the memory resources of the service restoration system.
