abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cells, and more particularly to a composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cells containing bacterial flagellin, tumor necrosis factor, interferone or mixtures thereof as active ingredients. Since the composition for inducing maturation of dendritic cells according to the present invention can effectively induce the maturation of immature dendritic cells into mature dendritic cells, the composition can be used as a maturation derivative of a noble dendritic cell and also used as a cellular therapeutic agent that establishes new conditions for tumor treatment. |
