abstract |
Disclosed is a thermally-conductive double-sided adhesive sheet that can improve workability when pasting together and peeling apart a pair of adherends. The thermally-conductive double-sided adhesive sheet, which is provided with an adhesive agent layer resulting from a thermally-conductive adhesive agent composition—which contains a thermally conductive substance and an acrylic polymer component—being formed into a sheet shape, is characterized by being obtained by a strong adhesive agent layer forming one surface and a weak adhesive agent layer forming an other surface being laminated in a manner so that the adhesive strength of the aforementioned one surface with respect to an adherend is stronger than the adhesive strength of the aforementioned other surface. |
