abstract | Provided is a light-diffusing film containing two transparent conductive resin base materials having a transparent conductive layer and a transparent resin base material, and a light-diffusing layer held in place on the transparent conductive layer side of the two transparent conductive resin base materials, the light-diffusing layer containing a resin matrix and a light-adjusting suspension dispersed within the resin matrix. The transparent conductive layer has conductive particles dispersed within an organic binder resin; the mass ratio of the organic binder resin to the conductive particles falls within the range of 50/50 to 10/90, and all or part of the organic binder resin is a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate. This configuration enables the provision of a light-diffusing film with outstanding radio wave permeability, and excellent adhesion between the transparent conductive layer and the transparent resin base material of the transparent conductive resin base material. |
