abstract |
A process for producing a trialkylphosphine, comprising: a first step of reacting an organic metal compound with an organic phosphorous compound in an ether solvent having a boiling point that is different from the boiling point of the trialkylphosphine by 0 to 20°C to produce the trialkylphosphine; a second step of allowing a gas phase part containing the trialkylphosphine produced in the first step to be absorbed by an aqueous solution having AgI and KI dissolved therein to produce a silver complex and collecting the silver complex by filtration; a third step of heating the silver complex produced in the second step in a metal-made reactor to a temperature of 170 to 350°C under a pressure-reduced atmosphere having a pressure of 1.333 × 10 -7 to 6.133 × 10 -2 MPa to generate a gas; and a forth step of cooling the gas generated in the third step at a very low temperature of -196 to -50°C to capture the trialkylphosphine. |
