A new age-resistant aerosol generating agent and preparing process thereof. The aerosol generating agent is composed of an oxidant, a reducing agent and an adhesive. The oxidant is potassium nitrate, the adhesive is phenol-formaldehyde resin, the reducing agent is melamine; the mass percentages of the three components are: potassium nitrate 60%~80%, phenol-formaldehyde resin 8%~15%, and balance of melamine. In the preparing process, the phenol-formaldehyde resin needs to be dissolved in ethanol to make a phenol-formaldehyde resin solution whose concentrate in mass percentage is 40%~55%; the oxidant and the reducing agent are pulverized and blended; and then the phenol-formaldehyde resin solution is added into the blended powder, agitated, granulated, dried and shaped by pressing. Compared to the prior art, the age-resistant aerosol generating agent has higher fire-fighting efficiency and faster speed, and the age resistance of the generating agent is enhanced greatly. |
