abstract Methods of making manufactured eucalyptus wood products are described herein. These methods can include providing a plurality of eucalyptus wood pieces, heat-treating the eucalyptus wood pieces, applying an adhesive to the eucalyptus wood pieces, drying the eucalyptus wood pieces, and pressing the eucalyptus wood pieces in a mold. The eucalyptus wood pieces advantageously have a naturally-occurring, generally elongate internal structure that is partially broken.
