Disclosed is an organic EL panel which is provided with a reflective electrode (3), a transparent electrode (9), organic light-emitting layers (7r, 7g, 7b) and functional layers respectively arranged between the reflective electrode (3) and the organic light-emitting layers (7r, 7g, 7b). Each functional layer for the color of R, G or B has a thickness which is not more than 60 nm and at which the maximum luminous efficiency is obtained. The film thicknesses of the functional layers for the color of R, G and B are almost equal to one another. The optical distance from each organic light-emitting layer (7r, 7g, 7b) for the color of R, G or B to the reflective electrode (3) is not more than 100 nm, and the optical distances are almost equal to one another. |
