titleOfInvention Perfluorinated ion exchange resin, preparation method and use thereof
abstract A high exchange capacity functional perfluorinated ion exchange resin having phosphonate pendant group and two kinds of sulfonyl fluoride-containing short pendant groups with different structures, preparation method and use thereof are provided. The perfluorinated ion exchange resin is produced by copolymerizing tetrafluoroethylene, vinyl ether monomers having two kinds of sulfonyl fluoride-containing short pendant groups with different structures and vinyl ether monomer having phosphonate pendant group, and repeating units of the resin are as shown in the following formula. The ion exchange membranes made by the resin not only have resistance in various chemical media, but also have high ion exchange capacity, high electrical conductivity, high mechanical strength, high dimensional stability, low membrane resistance and long service life, and can be used in fuel cell and high temperature fuel cell.
