abstract Disclosed is an active energy ray-curable composition for an optical member, which can be cured to produce a product that has excellent release from a stamper, excellent adhesion to a transfer film and high refractivity and rarely undergoes the discoloration by heat. Specifically disclosed is an active energy ray-curable composition for an optical member, which comprises epoxy(meth)acrylate (component A), a mono(meth)acrylate having a p-cumylphenyl group (component B-1) and/or a mono(meth)acrylate having a phenyl-phenyl group (component B-2) (component B), an ethylenically unsaturated compound that is different from the components A and B (component C), a photopolymerization initiator (component D), a phenol compound having the substation of at least one group -C(CH3)2R5 (wherein R5 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a phenyl group) in a phenyl group (component E), and a phosphorous acid ester compound soluble in the composition (component F) at a specified content ratio.
