titleOfInvention | Organic thin-film solar cell module |
abstract | Provided is an organic thin-film solar cell module in which a plurality of unit cells are arranged in a planar form and connected in series, said organic thin-film solar cell module having a simple configuration and capable of being manufactured by a simple process. Specifically provided is an organic thin-film solar cell module in which a plurality of unit cells are arranged in a planar form and connected in series, said organic thin-film solar cell module being characterized in that the unit cell comprises a first electrode layer formed on a transparent substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer formed on the first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer formed on the photoelectric conversion layer, the photoelectric conversion layer of the unit cell and the photoelectric conversion layer of the other unit cell are formed as a continuous film, and that both the distance between the first electrode layer of the unit cell and the first electrode layer of the other unit cell and the distance between the second electrode layer of the unit cell and the second electrode layer of the other unit cell are larger than the thickness of the photoelectric conversion layer. |
