titleOfInvention Electrolyte analysis apparatus
abstract In practice, electrolyte analysis apparatuses are operated in various conditions, and problems encountered here and there include degradation of reagent due to replenishment of reagent, foreign substance contamination due to replenishment of reagent, degradation of electrodes beyond their useful life, and inputting errors by operators. Disclosed is a method for determining, from the variation patterns of the results of daily electrolyte calibration, abnormal measured values due to the inappropriate uses. Specifically disclosed is a comprehensive accuracy management method which comprises: extracting the variation pattern of each calibration item from the results of daily electrolyte calibration; calculating the balances between the electromotive forces of the internal standard solution and the low and high concentration standard solutions; and comparing a combination of variation patterns with specific patterns stored in the electrolyte analysis apparatus to determine degradation of electrodes or electrolyte reagent, or errors in input standard solution concentration values, and issue a warning.
