Method for screening of substance capable of promoting recovery of skin barrier function |
abstract |
A method for screening for a substance capable of promoting the recovery of a skin barrier function, the method comprising the steps of: incubating caspase-14 and prosaposin in the presence of a candidate substance for the substance capable of promoting the recovery of a skin barrier function; and selecting the candidate substance as the substance capable of promoting the recovery of a skin barrier function when the decomposition of prosaposin into saposin A is promoted significantly compared with that achieved in the presence of a reference substance. |
