| abstract | A method for playing real-time stream files is disclosed by the present invention, wherein the real-time stream files are stored in logic files and physical files, the logic files and the physical files have mapping relationship, each logic file stores video data with preset time length, and multiple logic files are stored in one physical file. When the video is played, a video file is found to be played based on the corresponding relationship between the logic files and the physical files to which the video file corresponds. Playing a video task is actually reading and playing each logic file to which the video task corresponds. Playing each logic file to which the video task corresponds begins from a start offset position of the logic file in the physical file. The present invention solves the problem that the files which are in recording can not be played, meets the requirement of users for playing the video files in real time, and also reduces small file fragments. |
