titleOfInvention Resonating force sensor sensitive to micro-forces
abstract The invention relates to a micro-force sensor comprising a one-piece plate including a first area (1') defining a first recess (1), which must be held in position relative to a mounting, a second area (2') connected to the first area (1') defining the first recess (1) and a second recess (2), a measuring beam (4) across the first recess having a first end (40) embedded in the first area (1') and a second end (41) connected to the second area (2'), an excitation beam (3) across the second recess (2) having two ends embedded in the second area (2) and being provided with at least one excitation element (5), a third area (8) connected to the first area (1') and an effector beam (7) having one free end (9) for receiving the force (F) being measured and one end (9') embedded in the third area (8), and a fourth area (15) connecting the embedded end (9') of the effector beam (7) to the second end (41) of the measuring beam (4), which is provided with a measuring element (6).
