Traffic flow predicting method and device thereof |
abstract |
A traffic flow predicting method and a device thereof relate to an intelligent transportation field, avoiding the problem of inaccuracy of the predicting result on account of the direct prediction on the obtained traffic flow data in prior art. The method involves: decomposing traffic flow data obtained in advance as one group of low frequency signals and more than one group of high frequency signals (101); predicting the development trend of the low frequency signal, and obtaining the predicting result of the low frequency signals (102); predicting the development trend of the high frequency signal, and obtaining the prediction result of the high frequency signals (103); predicting the traffic flow according to the prediction result of the low frequency signals and the prediction result of the high frequency signals (104). The invention is suitable for predicting traffic flow of urban roads with a traffic flow prediction system. |
