abstract A hot aerosol fire-extinguishing device with a thermal protective layer capable of resisting high-temperature ablation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The hot aerosol fire-extinguishing device comprises a device housing (6), a thermal protective layer (1), an aerosol generating agent column (4), cooling material (3) and an initiating unit (2). The thermal protective layer is made of silicone rubber material, consisting of silicone rubber matrix, crosslinking agent, flame retardant agent, high-temperature resistant mass, coupling agent and catalyst. The initiating unit, the cooling material, the aerosol generating agent column and a separation screen (5) are arranged in the thermal protective layer which is fixed in the device housing. A top cover (7) is mounted on the upper side of the separation screen. An aerosol spraying port (8) is formed on the top cover. The manufacturing method thereof comprises integral casting of the silicone rubber thermal protective layer and the aerosol generating agent column, crosslinking and solidifying at normal temperature, and assembling each component.
