The invention relates to a lightweight construction element, comprising a textile multi-wall woven fabric and at least one expanded thermoplastic polymeric material, selected from the group consisting of polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR), wherein the expanded material is disposed between the walls of the multi-wall woven fabric so as to tauten the textile connecting fibers of same, the expanded material is connected at least partially to the walls of the multi-wall woven fabric and/or to the textile connecting threads, and the walls of the multi-wall woven fabric and/or the textile connecting threads are produced from polymer fibers, preferably polyester fibers, aramid fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyamide fibers and/or polylactide fibers. An essential advantage of the construction element according to the invention is that it can be specialized with respect to a plurality of parameters, without significantly changing the production costs. |
