abstract | Disclosed is an organic thin-film solar battery module wherein layers are isolated without impairing functionality. A method for manufacturing an organic thin-film solar battery module (100) wherein a plurality of organic photovoltaic conversion elements are arranged on a substrate, the organic photovoltaic conversion elements having a laminated structure including a pair of electrodes comprising a first electrode (22) and a second electrode (24), and one or more organic thin films held between the pair of electrodes. The method for manufacturing the organic thin-film solar battery module (100) includes a cutting step for cutting a laminated structure (50A) which includes the one or more organic thin films in order to form a groove which passes through the one or more organic thin films to expose the surface of the layer provided directly below, by using a blade structure without heating. |
