The invention relates to an improved electrolytic respirometer that measures the stability of an agricultural compost, comprising: a reactor (3) housing a sample of the compost, a thermostatted bath (1) in which the reactor is placed, a central module (2), and a computer (4). The reactor includes a circular screen (5) having a diameter equal to or less than that of the base of the reactor and two holes through which an air-recirculation system is incorporated, said system being formed by a conduit (8) that extends through a delivery means (9), a control valve (10) and a flowmeter (11). |
