abstract |
A device comprising a thin film battery according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: an electrically operating device comprising a substrate; and a thin film battery for supplying electric power to the device. The thin film battery comprises: a first electrically conductive layer formed on the substrate; a second electrically conductive layer formed on the substrate separately from the first electrically conductive layer, which is disposed on the same plane as the first electrically conductive layer; a first electrode layer formed on the first electrically conductive layer, which is electrically connected with the first electrically conductive layer; a second electrode layer formed on the second electrically conductive layer, which is electrically connected with the second electrically conductive layer, is spaced from the first electrode layer in the side direction, and has the opposite polarity of the first electrode layer; an ion conductive polymer electrolyte which simultaneously covers the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; and a sealing film which seals the ion conductive polymer electrolyte layer. |
