abstract | Disclosed is an ingestible material holding vessel which can hold ingestible material inside a beverage container in a variety of embodiments. The ingestible material holding vessel is formed in a manner enabling said vessel to fit within the neck (3) of a beverage container, and holds ingestible material (14) such that a beverage (2) does not contact said ingestible material (14). The ingestible material holding vessel is provided with a cylindrical body (10) which is formed in a manner allowing said cylindrical body (10) to be locked within the neck (3), is fitted removably within the neck (3), and is configured as a separate piece from a cap (6) which may be fitted to the neck (3) from the outside; a bottom cover (13) which is provided on the underside of the cylindrical body (10) in an openable fashion and which is formed in a manner allowing ingestible material to be mounted on the upper surface thereof; and an opening tool (15) contained within the cylindrical body (10) and formed in a manner allowing said opening tool (15) to shift the bottom cover (13) from a closed state to an open state. |
