Provided is an antifouling coating composition that contains: a hydrolyzable resin that has a specific silicon-containing group and a metal-atom-containing group that contains a divalent metal atom (M); and a thermoplastic resin and/or a plasticizer. The total thermoplastic resin and/or plasticizer content is 3 to 100 parts per 100 parts of the hydrolyzable resin, by mass. Also provided are an in-water structure such as a ship, a composite film, and an antifouling film using the provided antifouling coating composition. Said antifouling coating composition makes it possible to form a film that is highly resistant to cracking and exhibits good antifouling properties over a long period of time even if little or no antifouling agent is included. |
