abstract |
Disclosed is a simple method for producing an azetidinylmethoxypyridine derivative represented by formula (XV), which comprises: a step of obtaining an azetidinylmethoxypyridine derivative represented by formula (XIII) or a salt thereof by having a compound represented by formula (XI) or a salt thereof and a compound represented by formula (II) react with each other; a step of obtaining a compound represented by formula (XIV) or a salt thereof by having the thus-obtained azetidinylmethoxypyridine derivative of formula (XIII) or a salt thereof and a chelating compound react with each other; and a step of having the thus-obtained compound of formula (XIV) or a salt thereof and a rhenium compound, a radiotechnetium compound, a radiorhenium compound or a salt of one of the compounds react with each other. (In the formulae, P1 represents a protecting group; X0 represents a bond, a -(CH2)1-6- group, a -C=C-(CH2)1-6- group or the like; A1 and A2 each represents Me or iPr; P2 represents H or a protecting group; L0 represents a chelating moiety; and Z0 represents Re, 94m/99/99mTc or 186/188Re.) |
