titleOfInvention | Inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor binding protein, and transgenic non-human mammal containing same |
abstract | Disclosed are: an inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R) binding protein; and a transgenic non-human mammal containing the protein. Specifically disclosed are: an IP3R binding protein comprising a protein such as a KRAP protein (which is represented by any one of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:4) and an IP3R (which is represented by any one of SEQ ID NO:5 to SEQ ID NO:8) bound to the protein; an IP3R activity inhibitor containing the IP3R binding protein as the main component; and a transgenic non-human mammal containing the IP3R binding protein. In a mouse KRAP protein, the binding site to which the IP3R is bound is located in an amino acid sequence region comprising 19 amino acid residues lying between the 200 th amino acid residue to the 218 th amino acid residue. In a mouse KRAP protein derived from other animal species, the IP3R binding site is located in a region corresponding to an amino acid sequence region comprising 19 amino acid residues lying between the 200 th amino acid residue to the 218 th amino acid residue in the mouse KRAP protein. |
