Ionization generating tube and an ionization generating device comprising the same |
abstract |
Disclosed are an ionization generating tube and an ionization generating device comprising the same. An ionization generating tube according to one aspect of the present invention has a hollow tube construction; and the tube is formed from a mixture of a ceramic and a radioactive substance, and the radioactive substance is distributed along the entire length of the tube. Consequently, the ionization generating tube according to the present invention can enhance ionization efficiency since the surface area over which alpha particles are emitted can be increased. |
