abstract | The present invention relates to a chimeric polypeptide including a plurality of polypeptide fields, suitable for being secreted in combination with membrane vesicles and, in particular, exosomes. The invention also relates to the use of the polypeptides of the invention and encoding polynucleotides for said polypeptides, for the production of immunogenic exosome or DNA compositions, for screening protein interactions. The present invention also relates to the immunological uses of the properties of exosomes comprising a polypeptide according to the invention and immunogenic compositions of the invention. The present invention relates to the use of exosomes comprising a polypeptide according to the invention as a diagnosis tool. The present invention also relates to the use of the properties of membrane vesicles and protein compositions of the invention for prophylaxis and/or treatment of a disease caused by a functional deficit, in particular for transporting a protein or a nucleic acid, in particular for compensating or making up for an enzymatic deficit or, in particular, for inducing a transcriptional or translational modification in the targeted cells or organs. |
